Application:

That machine is a single press automatic for shape-pressing equipment, which have the function of press the grains material to be round or irregular shape tablets, such as candy, calcium tablets double-sides with letter printing and etc. which widely suitable for the Lab, Industries of pharmaceutical, Chemical, Foodstuff, Plastic Electronic, Powder Metallurgy and so on. It is a small desktop machine, can pressing the tablet electronically and continuously, also can pressing the tablet manually. The machine can be installed on one set of punch mould, the depth of filling material and the thickness of the tablets can be adjustable.

This machine is used for pressing different kinds of granular raw materials into round tablets. It is applicable to trial manufacturing in lab or batch production in small amount different kinds of tablets, sugar pieces, calcium tablets and tablets of abnormal shape. It features a small desktop type press for motive and continual sheeting. It can also be hand-operated. Only one pair of punching die can be erected on this press. Both filling depth of material and thickness of tablet are adjustable.
